VCC recently completed its 2 year eastern expansion project. A formal report was completed and submitted to the National Lab of the Rockies. This is the result of hard work by NLR, VCC, and many stakeholders in Richmond, Hampton Roads, the Eastern Shore, Northern Neck, and across the Commonwealth.
