Tuesday, September 16 and Wednesday September 17, 2025
1pm to 5 pm, Register for one or both days
Registration fees:
$600: Corporate/For-Profit Organizations
$300: Government Agencies
$200: Non-Profit Organizations and 501(c)(3) Charitable Non-Profit Organizations
We expect 900+ students each day

Schedule
A more detailed schedule and event details will be sent as the event gets closer.
- 11am-1pm: Arrive at JMU’s Atlantic Union Bank Center, check in, have lunch, and set up table
- 1pm-5pm: University Career Fair is open for students
Interviews
Formal interviews are not part of the Career Fair schedule. If you’d like to schedule follow up interviews after your fair attendance, please navigate to “Request an Interview” within Handshake. Fees
All registration fees include table, event publicity, and lunch for 2 representatives. Each organization is limited to 1 table only and 4 representatives total (additional representatives beyond the included 2, require additional payment).
- $600: Corporate/For-Profit Organizations
- $300: Government Agencies (This will be verified through the email address provided during registration.)
- $200: Non-Profit Organizations and 501(c)(3) Charitable Non-Profit Organizations (To verify status, your tax ID will be needed as you provide your contact information.)
- $25: Additional Attendees
- $25 Booth Proximity to Electrical Outlet
- $5 White tablecloth for your table
