About our speaker:

Stephen Goss has more than 12 years of experience advancing electrification and clean energy initiatives across the utility, government, and contracting sectors. At Dominion Energy, he manages the Level 2 Public Charging Incentive Program, which is designed to expand workplace, commercial, and multifamily electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Before joining Dominion Energy, Mr. Goss served as an Energy Project Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting the Air Force Office of Energy Assurance (OEA). In that role, he led opportunity development and facilitated the execution of large‑scale energy resilience and conservation projects across more than nine U.S. Air Force installations.

Earlier in his career, he spent five years with a national association supporting State Energy Offices, where he contributed to policy and program development efforts aimed at advancing electrification and clean energy planning.
