About our speaker:

Christopher E. Johnson is a seasoned energy‑sector program manager with extensive expertise in fleet electrification, grant administration, and electric distribution program development. Serving as an Electrification Program Manager at Dominion Energy, he oversees strategic initiatives that advance the company’s fleet charging objectives, including turnkey EV infrastructure deployment, customer advisory services, and delivery of equitable charging solutions in disadvantaged communities.

His work includes guiding commercial and governmental partners through technology selection, incentive utilization, and long‑term planning to support efficient and sustainable fleet operations.

With more than a decade of experience in electrical distribution design, construction management, and project execution, he is a valued contributor to Dominion Energy’s electrification, and reliability initiatives.

This session is tailored specifically for Fleet Operators, including commercial and institutional organizations interested in deploying Level 2 EV charging infrastructure to support fleet electrification. Participants will learn how eligible sites can receive turn-key EV charging infrastructure, installation, and maintenance at no cost, along with utility infrastructure construction allowances to support site readiness.
