DESCRIPTION:\nJoin us on February 18 at 12:00 p.m. as we take a look at how telematics are playing a key role at Blacksburg Transit.\nAs public transit fleets electrify, the challenge isn’t just switching powertrains—it’s operating them intelligently. Telematics is the backbone that makes an electric fleet reliable, efficient, and cost-effective at scale.\nThis workgroup will focus on how real-time vehicle and infrastructure data can unlock the full value of electric public transit.\nTim Witten is the ITS Manager for Blacksburg Transit and will share how data is helping to drive their large electric bus fleet efficiently.
