At Dominion Energy, he manages the Level 2 Public Charging Incentive Program, which is designed to expand workplace, commercial, and multifamily electric vehicle charging infrastructure.\nBefore joining Dominion Energy, Mr. Goss served as an Energy Project Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting the Air Force Office of Energy Assurance (OEA).
